I dont know if the tower of babylon has been read recently, but here my dragon, shamu, and seal attemt at trying till realize they dont have hands and I dont think the seal can balance so much on his nose.^^;

they won´t to it but a funny idea and the tower must be very very very huge and they won´t hold that

but the tower can be build with everything so if they get some help they could do it to a specified tallness of the tower
